A growing beauty brand in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead multi-channel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, strong skills in digital marketing tools, and proficiency in video editing, specifically using CapCut. You will create engaging content, manage campaigns across various platforms, and collaborate with designers and vendors to enhance brand visibility. We’re looking for a highly independent, results-drivenMarketing Executiveto join our dynamic team; if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creative challenges, and love bringing ideas to life across multiple channels, this role is for you—reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimising marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Multi-Channel Marketing- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print to strengthen brand visibility and drive measurable results.
Content & Digital Management- Maintain and update our WIX website, manage social media platforms, optimize SEO/SEM, and elevate our overall online presence.
Content Creation- Capture basic video footage of outlet services and transform them into engaging ad-ready content using video editing tools like CapCut.
Campaign Coordination- Work closely with designers, outlet managers, and external vendors to support monthly marketing materials, promotions, and campaign execution.
Performance Tracking- Monitor key marketing metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement), analyze performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
Customer Acquisition- Understand target audience segments, identify new customer groups, and propose strategies for stronger acquisition and conversion.
Partnership Support- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and vendors to expand brand reach and drive customer growth.
Event & Retail Support- Assist in on-ground marketing activities—events, roadshows, mall promotions—ensuring smooth operations and strong brand presence.
Reporting & Insights- Handle administrative reporting, extract data into presentations, and provide meaningful insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
1–3 years of marketing experiencewith multi-discipline exposure
Highly independent, proactive, and resourceful—able to drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads) for at least 1 year
Intermediate video editing skills (CapCut is a must)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of juggling multiple projects
