Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a marketing professional to execute the APAC strategy, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure localization of messaging. You will manage regional content and asset distribution to support sales objectives.

The role requires strong creative content skills, excellent communication, and travel within APAC. This position offers involvement in events, webinars, and multi-channel campaigns across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of APAC-exposure experience.
• Proven digital marketing, social media and online engagement experience.
• Strong creative skills to produce compelling content.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive the global marketing strategy across the APAC region.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage and maintain regional website content, ensuring timely updates, localization of messaging, and alignment with brand guidelines toenhance brand visibility.
• Develop, localize, and distribute marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, case studies, social media content, and campaign materials to support regional sales and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate and support trade shows, industry events, webinars, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with APAC exposure.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and online engagement.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to produce compelling content.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region.
