Job summary

Watsons Singapore is looking for a Marketing Executive to support Advertising & Promotions, licensing collaborations, and Brand Marketing. You will assist in campaign planning, design for licensed products, and in-store materials, while coordinating with internal and external teams.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Business/Marketing, strong English skills, and a proactive, multitasking mindset to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience in FMCG, health & beauty preferred.
• Excellent command of English; both written and spoken.
• Proactive, independent, and a self-starter with results orientation.
• Able to interact well with people from diverse cultures and be a team player.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; social media savvy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diverse areas of marketing communications including Advertising & Promotions and brand awareness.

• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects and provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Who We Are Looking For?

As Marketing Executive, he/she will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing department in areas of Advertising & Promotions, Character Licensing, and Brand Marketing.

What Awaits You:

1. Assist in a diverse areas of O+O marketing communications efforts including:

• Advertising & Promotions
• Propose and work on designs for licensed products and premiums
• Collaterals/ In-store POS materials
• Brand Awareness
• Digital/ Social/ New media - Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Instagram Stories (IGS), YouTube (YT), and TikTok.)
• Media Relations/ Publicity
• Event management and roadshows
• Community Engagement and Outreach
• Working with partners and sponsors

2. Collaborate with internal and external teams, and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activities

3. Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

4. Provide administrative support to the marketing team
