Job summary

BIT is seeking a marketing events professional to plan and execute offline events across conferences, meetups, and activations. You will manage vendors, budgets, and on-site logistics while collaborating with content, social, and design teams to promote events pre/post.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in marketing with event experience and strong project management skills; familiarity with crypto/fintech is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing with offline/events experience.
• Web3/fintech/crypto industry experience is a plus, not mandatory.
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute offline events — conferences, meetups, activations, sponsorships, community gatherings
• Manage vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with content, social, and design teams to promote events pre/post
• Support broader marketing initiatives — campaigns, partnerships, brand activities
• Track event ROI and gather feedback to improve future events
• Represent the brand at industry events (regional travel may be required)
