Job summary

BIT is looking for a capable Social Media Manager to lead our English-language social presence and grow our brand across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You will craft engaging posts, videos, and visuals while coordinating with marketing, product, and BD teams to align campaigns with business goals.

You will monitor trends, measure performance, and optimize the content calendar to ensure timely, high-quality output that resonates with our professional audience.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts and building brand awareness.
• Familiar with major platforms: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
• Creative mindset with design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Data-driven, with ability to track and analyze metrics.
• Ability to read Chinese is a plus to support content adaptation.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple content streams.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong English writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
• Proven track record of growing social media followings and building brand awareness
• Familiar with major social platforms and their content formats including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Data-driven approach with experience tracking and analysing social media performance metrics
• Ability to read written Chinese is a plus, to support content adaptation from existing Chinese-language source materials.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple content streams simultaneously

Preferred:

• Experience in crypto, fintech, Web3, or financial services industry
• Experience working with KOLs or influencers for content amplification
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Experience with short-form video content creation
