Job summary

Pawmrkt is seeking a hands-on marketer to grow our brand, online sales and in-store community at our Joo Chiat store in Singapore. The role covers e-commerce management, social advertising and in-store promotions, with a focus on compelling content and data-driven campaigns.

You will manage Shopify and TikTok Shop, create short-form videos, run Google Ads campaigns and analyse performance to drive growth for pets lovers in our community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing or Digital Media or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing social media and creating short-form videos.
• Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Google Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Able to work independently with a passion for pets.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to $2,500/month, depending on experience

Pawmrkt is a pet lifestyle supplies store with online and offline presence for modern pawrents, offering carefully selected food, treats, toys and everyday essentials for cats and dogs. We’re looking for a hands‑on marketer to help grow our brand, online sales and in‑store community.

Job Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & TikTok Shop Management

• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns and livestream or affiliate opportunities.

• Maintain and optimise the Shopify website, including product listings, images, collections, descriptions, banners and buying guides.

2. Social, Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Build brand awareness, engagement and community through relatable, creative content across Instagram and Tiktok and utilize paid strategies where necessary across Google and TikTok

3. In-Store Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute retail promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches and store activations.

• Create marketing materials such as promotional signage, posters, flyers and in‑store displays.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience managing social media, creating short-form video content and running digital marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Google Ads Manager and analytics tools is an advantage.

• Able to work independently, has passion for pets and an interest in the pet retail industry.

What we’re looking for: Someone who enjoys both the creative and commercial sides of marketing — from filming a TikTok to analysing ad performance, updating the website and coming up with new ideas.
