Job summary

Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Scientist (Marketing) to join the Enterprise Data Science Management (EDSM) team. You will act as an AI/ML practitioner and quantitative researcher focused on customer buying behavior and latent needs.

Your main focus includes Predictive Analytics, developing models with ML/AI/Graph/GenAI to guide pricing and retail innovation, and leveraging diverse data sources to improve brand and category strategy.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Exceptional interest in AI engineering, machine learning and data science.
• Strong understanding of marketplace for AI services with ability to develop go-to-market plans with marketing teams.
• A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly and concisely.
• Hands-on experience with tools to support AI development: Jupyter, LLMs, PyTorch, Tensorfllow, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with EDSM to identify important customer intelligence questions.
• Spearhead AI-driven solutions to deliver social and economic value.
• Develop, validate, and deliver algorithms, statistical models and insights.
• Analyze marketing campaigns and experiments; recommend enhancements for future campaigns.
• Establish scalable, automated data analysis, model development, validation and deployment processes.
• Lead go-to-market implementations connecting strategy to execution around data infrastructure and GenAI.
• Provide thought-leadership and establish best practices for instrumentation and experimentation.
