Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to drive integrated campaigns and strengthen brand presence across platforms. This role suits someone who blends strategic thinking with practical execution, storytelling, and audience engagement.

The position offers a 6-month contract, renewable based on performance and business needs, located at One North with 9AM-6PM hours. Salary is up to SGD 4,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing communications, content creation, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, analytics tools, CMS).
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, and marketing collateral.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Plan and support events, outreach initiatives, and campaigns to enhance engagement.
• Monitor marketing performance, analyse data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and organisational objectives.
