You will lead rights clearances for third-party content used in marketing and collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Business and Product teams.

The role emphasizes reviewing licensing issues, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance across campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in business affairs or content licensing.
• Experience with licensing and contracts, copyright and trademark law, rights management.
• Strong knowledge of app market trends, regulations and user expectations.
• Marketing channel know-how: digital, social, print, OOH.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as core member of Global Marketing Business Affairs team across Marketing, Legal, Business and Product.
• Review and clear third-party content for Marketing placements and manage clearance requests.
• Uphold clearance standards aligned with global objectives.
• Identify and mitigate IP and licensing risks; support creative objectives.
• Foster relationships across stakeholders and provide strategic options.
• Guide risk across brainstorming, production, and execution phases.
• Coordinate asset management with Legal for trademark issues and contract discussions.
