Job summary

Ecolab SEA Marketing is seeking a Marketing Communications intern based in Singapore. You will work closely with SEA MarComm teams and Global communications to raise awareness of signature Ecolab programs and their value to customers and consumers.

The role focuses on creating impactful communications, supporting internal engagement, and assisting with campaigns and reporting to help drive growth and reinforce Ecolab's leadership in public and planet health.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Interest and ability to write content—short form updates, social media posts.
• Able to use MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Canva, etc.

Responsibilities

• Write and develop content for Internal newsletter and presentation messaging.
• Collaborate with Communications team to develop internal messaging and engagement activities.
• Support SEA Communications digital media channels (intranet, social media, website).
• Partner with agencies on campaigns for ESG, sustainability content, and regional initiatives.
• Assist with media relations, strategic messaging, and regional campaigns for branding and launches.
• Create communications success metrics and progress reports.

The position will work closely with SEA MarComm teams and Global communications team members across the business to increase awareness of signature Ecolab programs and the value they deliver to our customers and consumers.

Job Purpose

Deliver impactful communications enriching company culture and support business to drive growth and strengthen Ecolab's leadership in advancing public and planet health.

Key Activities

• Write and develop content for Internal newsletter, presentation messaging, simple videos through Canva or other tools.
• Partner with Communications team to develop internal messaging or internal engagement activity (townhalls, monthly/quarterly stories, etc.).
• Support in managing and updating SEA Communications digital media channels internally and externally like intranet site, social media, and website and align with business for team stories.
• Together with the SEA Communications team, partner with agencies on communications, marketing and advertising strategies to deliver integrated campaigns like ESG, Sustainability content update.
• Partner with the team for media relations, strategic messaging and regional campaigns for thought leader/branding, product/ innovation launches
• Create Communications success metrics and progress report.
