Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to support regional and local teams with go-to-market activities, media research, and the preparation of communications materials such as press releases and briefs. You will assist with media engagement, monitor industry trends, and compile performance reports for campaign reviews.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR or Marketing, strong writing ability, and the capacity to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to craft clear messages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace; Canva and Telum familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research to support campaigns and narratives.
• Draft and coordinate communications materials such as press releases, factsheets, media pitches, and internal briefs.
• Assist with media engagement preparation by compiling media briefs and spokesperson information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support communications initiatives, media opportunities, content collaborations, and events.
• Conduct daily media monitoring and summarize coverage for reporting and insights.
