Allgreen Properties Limited's Great World Marketing Communications Intern will support day-to-day MARCOMs activities, coordinating content, social media, tenant events and promotions to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role enables the team to focus on strategic planning and enhances shopper and tenant engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Available to commit at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Brainstorm and assist in executing marketing campaigns; track performance and gather insights.
• Branding & Messaging: Ensure updates align with mall image and objectives.
• Digital Marketing: Contribute content ideas for social media, newsletters and materials.
• Casual Leasing: Support sourcing concepts and contacting prospects to drive revenue.
• Market Research: Research market trends and shopper preferences to support strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with shoppers and tenants to gather feedback and support promotions.
• Customer Service: Understand processes and cover team as needed.
• Administrative Support: Maintain assets and assist with purchase orders and licences.
