Job summary

IDS Medical Systems (idsMED) is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to support content creation across the corporate website, social media, and other channels. The role focuses on timely, accurate publishing and brand-consistent communications.

You will coordinate digital assets, assist with articles, presentations and events, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors. The position offers a 1-year contract and on-site work in Singapore, with opportunities to travel to client

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations and Social Media Agencies, preferably with exposure in healthcare industry or B2B.
• Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
• Able to travel to site occasionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems is preferred.
• The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract, with the possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation, editing and publishing of content for corporate website and social media.
• Maintain and update digital platforms to ensure content is accurate and timely.
• Support development of corporate articles, marketing collateral and internal communications.
• Assist in coordinating exhibitions, conferences and events, including material prep and on-site support.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor content schedules and assist in preparing basic reports and performance summaries.
• Capture photos and videos during corporate events and support post-event communications.
• Ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
