Job summary

iTea, a growing beverage brand in Singapore, is hiring for a Full-time on-site Marketing Campaign role. The candidate will manage execution of campaigns across stores, coordinate materials with designers and suppliers, and drive on-site checks to ensure smooth implementation.

The role supports new product launches, promotions, offline events, and brand activations, requiring strong coordination and communication within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, Marketing Operations, or a related role.
• Experience in bubble tea, coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Strong execution and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and implement marketing campaigns across channels, including new product launches and store openings.
• Coordinate marketing materials with designers, production houses, and suppliers and ensure timely launch.
• Drive on-site execution of campaigns across iTea stores, briefing stores and checking implementation.
• Support launches of new products and promotions, including pricing, POS systems, apps, and delivery platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing offline events, pop-ups, and brand events with venues, staff, and props.
• Coordinate with suppliers on printing, production, logistics, and on-site execution while tracking expenses.
• Track project timelines and milestones across Marketing, Design, Social Media, Product, Operations, Stores, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Collect and consolidate campaign data for post-campaign reviews and optimization.
