Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Woodlands, Singapore seeks a Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant to conceptualize, design, and implement integrated campaigns across digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency.

You will manage social media, content calendars, website updates, and collaborate with internal teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Wix is preferred. Working days are Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, salary SGD 2,700–3,000.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or related design field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing/design role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Creative Apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and CapCut.
• Graphic design and video creation skills.
• Experience with Wix, knowledge of SEO and SEM is an advantage.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage social media presence, create a content calendar, schedule posts, and engage followers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral including brochures, social posts and website updates.
• Maintain and update website content, including media and data.
• Manage the product library and provide quarterly performance reports on marketing activities.
• Work with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned.
