Job summary

Heng Lim Transport Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a creative Marketing Content Specialist to drive social media, video production and digital marketing initiatives. You will plan, film and edit content across multiple platforms, craft compelling captions, and support branding, recruitment and campaign efforts.

The role offers hands-on ownership of marketing campaigns with exposure to logistics operations and heavy vehicle trading activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Able to plan, film and edit videos from concept to publication.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others.
• Strong written English communication and deadline discipline.

Job Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Develop a monthly social media content calendar to support brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
• Write compelling captions, prepare visuals and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and social media performance.
• Identify relevant content trends and opportunities to increase the company's online visibility.

2. Video Filming & Editing

• Film videos featuring our trucks, prime movers, lorry cranes, container transportation, warehouse operations and heavy vehicle trading activities.
• Edit short-form videos for social media platforms, including Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Create company introduction videos, service highlights, customer testimonials, recruitment videos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Add subtitles, music, transitions, graphics and voice-overs where appropriate.
• Take photographs and capture video footage during company activities, fleet operations and events.
• Turn everyday business operations into interesting and professional marketing content.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Support digital marketing campaigns to generate enquiries and attract potential customers.
• Assist with website updates, online advertising and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Develop marketing content to promote our transportation services, container trucking, lorry crane services and heavy vehicle trading business.
• Explore new digital channels and marketing strategies to reach potential customers in the logistics, construction and engineering industries.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.

4. Corporate Branding & Marketing Support

• Prepare marketing materials, company presentations, brochures, flyers and advertisements.
• Support recruitment marketing to attract drivers and other employees.
• Assist with company events, promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the management and operations teams to identify content opportunities and communicate our capabilities effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, content creation, video filming and editing.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software.
• Able to plan, film and edit videos independently, from concept to final publication.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Creative, resourceful and comfortable working in a hands‑on operational environment.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to company facilities, worksites or operational locations when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing short‑form videos and growing social media accounts organically.
• Basic photography, graphic design and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, social media analytics and digital advertising.
• A portfolio of previous social media content or video projects.
