Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant for a 3‑month assignment at our Novena office. The role involves supporting integrated marketing campaigns, market research, media planning and creating publicity materials.

You will assist with proofreading coordination, translate workflow, and generate marketing reports to track campaign performance. Commitment to the full duration is required. Salary is SGD 2,760 per month.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of offline and digital marketing communications.
• Familiarity with market research, creative development and media-buying processes.
• Able to prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Meticulous, organised and able to coordinate multiple assignments within deadlines.
• Able to commit to the entire duration/longer.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing communications initiatives, including market research, campaign management and media planning.
• Create publicity materials for internal communications, campaign launches and ad hoc requests.
• Provide secretariat support to the proofreading committee.
• Assign translated materials to proofreaders and coordinate reviews for accuracy, tone and appropriate language nuances.
• Assist with marketing reports to track campaign progress, results and impact.
