Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Support candidate in Singapore to assist with integrated marketing communications and campaign initiatives. You will support research, management, media planning and the creation of publicity materials for campaigns and launches.

You will coordinate with proofreaders for translations and assist with marketing reports and administrative tasks across ongoing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing communications across both offline and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing research, creative processes and media buying.
• Experience preparing marketing reports to track campaign progress and impact.
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

• Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 3 months

Job Responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing communications initiatives, including marketing research, campaign management and media planning.
• Develop and prepare campaign publicity materials for internal communications, campaign launches and ad hoc requests.
• Provide secretariat support for the proofreading committee.
• Coordinate translation assignments with proofreaders to ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate language nuances of translated materials.
• Assist with marketing reports and administrative tasks related to ongoing campaigns.
