Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Marketing Assistant/Executive role with a manufacturing client in the North region. The position offers permanent employment with standard office hours.

You will design marketing materials for digital and print, plan campaigns, manage social media, create content, and support branding initiatives across teams. Prior experience and proficiency in Adobe suite are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Visual Communication or related field required.
• 1 year of relevant marketing or design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and CapCut.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital and print platforms (social media, brochures, etc.).
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage social media content, scheduling, audience engagement and reporting.
• Create graphics, videos, and other marketing content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategies.
• Maintain website content and product information.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding and promotions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including social media, brochures, flyers, catalogues, labels, EDMs, and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage social media content, scheduling, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
• Create graphics, videos, and other marketing content.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support creative concepts and marketing strategies.
• Maintain website content and product information.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding and promotional initiatives.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing or design role.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CapCut.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Wix, SEO/SEM, or digital advertising platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
