Job summary

BREAD & BUTTER STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organised, proactive Marketing Accounts Intern to support client accounts and campaign execution in a fast-paced boutique agency.

You'll work closely with the Founder, Account Manager and Creative Team to coordinate campaigns, prepare briefs, track timelines and deliverables, and help craft content ideas for client deliverables.

Experience is welcome, but initiative and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned client accounts.

Job description

We're looking for an organised, proactive and creative Marketing Accounts Intern to join our team.

You'll work closely with the Founder, Account Manager, and Creative Team to support and manage BBS' client accounts - from understanding what clients need and coordinating campaigns to making sure projects, content and deliverables stay on track.

This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to both client servicing and marketing execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with clients on ongoing projects and deliverables
• Work with the team to develop content ideas and campaign concepts
• Assist with monthly content planning and content calendars
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, creators and other team members
• Prepare briefs and ensure deliverables are completed according to requirements
• Keep track of timelines, approvals, feedback and outstanding items
• Assist with client meetings, meeting notes and follow-ups
• Monitor clients' social media accounts, competitors and industry trends
• Assist with monthly reports and identify useful insights
• Support campaign launches, shoots and other marketing activities
• Ensure that what we promise our clients actually gets done - and done well

Who We're Looking For

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Organised and good at keeping track of multiple moving parts
• Comfortable communicating with clients
• Creative and genuinely interested in marketing and social media
• Proactive - you don't always wait to be told what to do
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving boutique agency environment
