Job summary

UNIFORM is a content and creative studio in Singapore seeking an Account/Project Executive to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication with clients and our internal team. You will help maintain a unified vision and drive agency-led initiatives to elevate the work.

The role focuses on accounts/project management, content strategy, copywriting, and coordination across shoots and productions. Immediate start preferred for the right candidate.

UNIFORM is a content and creative studio working across the fields of digital/social media and physical experiences. We not only come up with compelling brand and content strategies for our clients, but with an in-house production team, we create the content that drives each strategy.

Job Description

As an Account/Project Executive, you are tasked with ensuring that the projects you help oversee run smoothly; establishing clear and comprehensive communications with both our internal team and clients; and maintaining a unified vision for the work we do while driving agency-led initiatives to make good work even better.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organised, on the ball, curious, and excellent at managing tasks and timelines
• A skilled communicator and team player, working well with both our internal team and clients
• Proactive, taking the lead and initiative in driving projects and content ideas

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts/project/client management*
• Content strategy, planning, and copywriting
• Marketing communications (with a potential scope for ad hoc public relations, should the project require)
• Social media community management
• Research and conceptualisation of projects, including production of presentation materials
• Coordinating and liaising with our clients and collaborators
• Photo/video shoot production and assistance
  *This opening is not for a finance accounting position, nor project management in unrelated fields.

Requirements:

• Keen interest in advertising, marketing, journalism, copywriting, and design thinking
• Proficient in iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
• Energetic and outdoor-friendly (as we have video and photography productions that can be labour-intensive)
• A good appreciation and understanding of all things visual
• Well-mannered with excellent communication skills; bonus points for strong copywriting skills
• A good team player but also great at working independently
• Responsible; accountable; proactive
• Driven, passionate, and committed when it comes to personal learning and growth
• Friendly with fluffy furballs; corgi included
• (Preferably) 2-3 years of similar experience in a creative/advertising/marketing agency
• (Preferably) Able to start work immediately or within 1 month
