Job summary

Motion Ventures is seeking a VC Analyst Intern to span the investment lifecycle from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio growth. You will work closely with the Founder and investment team, gaining hands-on exposure to maritime and supply chain-focused venture finance from term sheets to portfolio development.

You will source, screen, and evaluate opportunities, perform due diligence, and craft investment memos while building relationships with founders and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from leading universities.
• Previous internship experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or M&A/corporate development highly preferred.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and screen new investment opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence and investment research.
• Prepare investment memos and build relationships with founders and ecosystem partners.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide strategic input.
