Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Maritime, focusing on digital transformation and enterprise system deployments.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into practical programs that improve performance and value creation.
• Manage dependencies between technology initiatives, process improvements and transformation programs.
• Support the design and implementation of future-state processes and operating models.
• Collaborate with Technology, GBS, vendors and partners to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes.
• Contribute to investment cases and governance for major projects and transformations.
