Job summary

BHP Maritime in Singapore seeks a Principal, Strategy & Major Projects (Digital Transformation) to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Maritime business, translating objectives into programs that improve performance and value.

You will partner with senior leaders to deploy enterprise systems (including SAP), drive change, and deliver large-scale programs, with a focus on data-driven outcomes and sustainable benefits.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, technology, supply chain, maritime studies, finance or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification or change management accreditation desirable.
• Experience in digital transformation, SAP or enterprise system deployments, and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Maritime's digital strategy and transformation agenda.
• Lead enterprise system initiatives, including SAP-enabled process transformation and deployment of modern maritime platforms.
• Manage dependencies between technology initiatives, process improvements and broader programs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, business readiness and change adoption to ensure value delivery.
