Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Marine Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in marine/offshore electrical sector.
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marine electrical projects from initiation to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and site installation teams.
• Liaise with clients, shipyards and classification societies for compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure work adheres to international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
