Internetwork Expert in Singapore is seeking an Application Specialist for DX Strategy & Application Solution to implement and optimize the MariApps SmartPAL PMS, working with project managers, ship management teams, and vendors to ensure data integrity and delivery of operational value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 6+ years in enterprise app implementation, business analysis, or IT project management; maritime/shipping domain preferred.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting MariApps SmartPAL or similar maritime ERP systems.
• Strong requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Familiarity with data governance, API integrations, and data migration methods.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SmartPAL PMS implementation: scoping, configuration, data migration, UAT, and go-live.
• Analyze and optimize planned maintenance workflows and procurement/accounting processes.
• Document business requirements, produce functional specs, deploy configurations, and develop training materials.
• Manage internal stakeholders, prioritize enhancements, and coordinate with vendors.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables and drive issue resolution within SLAs.
