FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced LSA/FFA Technician to service life-saving and firefighting systems on ships.

You will install, inspect, and repair equipment in accordance with SOLAS and class rules. You will diagnose faults, document maintenance activities, and work closely with marine engineers and ship crews to ensure reliable operation. Experience in maritime sector as an LSA/FFA Technician or similar.
Strong knowledge of SOLAS norms and class regulations.
Proven ability to install, maintain, and repair lifeboats, liferafts, firefighting gear.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Precise, safety-focused with strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair life-saving appliances aboard ships.
Test lifeboats, liferafts, fire extinguishers, hoses per manufacturer and legal requirements.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults quickly and efficiently.
