Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for a 1-year full-time contract role supporting the safe, efficient maritime regulatory processes within the port environment. The position offers broad exposure to vessel licensing, policy development, digitalisation and stakeholder engagement.

You will analyse industry data and prepare insights to support recommendations, engage stakeholders to understand challenges and drive improvements, and support workforce development and transformation

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable analyzing data to support recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
Experience in operations, administration, customer service, policy or maritime sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support vessel licensing and related regulatory processes.
Contribute to projects that improve and digitalise operational and customer-facing services.
Analyse industry data and prepare insights to support recommendations and decisions.
Engage industry stakeholders and partners to understand challenges and support improvement initiatives.
Support workforce development and maritime industry transformation projects.
Assist with the implementation of operational and regulatory processes within the port environment.
