Job summary

T&T GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations Specialist for maritime fleets.

You will manage onboard IT infrastructure, coordinate with ICT providers, and oversee cybersecurity for vessel systems and satellite links. The role requires hands-on administration, incident response, and documentation across a fleet of vessels. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in configuring firewalls and managed switches.
• Experience in Windows Server administration, VMware, and virtualization environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills to ensure professionalism and reliability.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
• (Preferred) Vessel IT applications, cybersecurity operations, and incident management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ICT providers and vendors for technical management and support.
• Resolve IT operational issues onboard vessels and contribute to maritime IT projects.
• Maintain business continuity with stable vessel IT equipment, services, and satellite communications.
• Provide IT support and high-quality services across all managed vessels.
• Evaluate systems for cybersecurity risks and gaps under Fleet IT Manager guidance.
• Collaborate on updated cybersecurity methods and policies with the Fleet IT Manager.
• Install, test, maintain, and support onboard hardware and applications.
• Build and maintain fleet-wide databases with up-to-date documentation and logs.
