Job summary

Fratelli Cosulich Bunkers (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an Accountant to manage the financial aspects of a Bunker Barge fleet. You will oversee accounts, depreciation, mortgages, and collaborate with the Shipping team and the purchase center to provide essential financial support.

The role reports to the CFO and requires 3+ years of accounting experience, with CPA preferred and strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of accounting experience, preferably maritime or shipping.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial principles and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage accounts for the Bunker Barge fleet.
• Handle depreciation and mortgage calculations for accurate reporting.
• Provide financial insights to Shipping and purchasing teams for decision-making.
• Generate and analyse financial reports for management and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations and company policy.
• Act as liaison between finance and other departments.
