bp Maritime Services (Singapore) seeks a senior Training and Logistics Manager to lead the training strategy and crewing operations for sea staff and cadets. You will coordinate with the crewing team, drive training initiatives, and manage budgeting and vendor performance.

The role includes staff development, policy adherence, and collaboration with bp Shipping and broader BP Group. Hybrid role with regular ship visits and engagement activities.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent experience; strong performance record preferred
• Experience in marine industry training requirements
• Experience in crewing office or maritime operations
• Proven experience in managing people
• Vendor management experience
• Strong facilitation and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Oversee training and logistics management for bpMS sea staff and cadets.
• Lead development and delivery of fleet training requirements and ensure effectiveness through feedback.
• Manage crewing logistics for safe joining/departure of officers and training participation.
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party travel and medical providers; monitor KPIs.
• Lead Training Working Group; align with SMEs and Crewing Leads on training quality.
• Support recruitment and career development for sea staff and cadets.
• Deliver Learning and Development strategy and manage related budgets.
