Job summary

BP plc in Singapore is seeking a Crewing Manager – Training, Logistics & Crewing to lead training and logistics for bpMS sea staff. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and adherence to STCW prerequisites.

You will manage fleet training, cadet development, and crew movements, coordinate with bpMSS and the Training Working Group, and ensure compliant, safe joining and departures on vessels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development for bpMS sea staff.
• Manage logistical crewing activities and crew movements.
• Co-Chair the Training Working Group and coordinate with SMEs.
• Ensure compliance with STCW prerequisites and health requirements.
• Deliver training management reports and budget oversight.
