is seeking a capable engineer to manage marine vessel projects, overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, and installation to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of equipment and services. You will collaborate with Project Managers and yard teams, apply marine regulations, and drive rectification plans to minimize downtime while maintaining high standards across offshore HVAC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marine HVAC projects, preferably in the marine and offshore industry.
• Familiarity with marine regulations and classification society standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Supervisors to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Communicate effectively with Yard engineering-in-charge to facilitate project progress and resolve technical matters.
• Manage project phases including engineering, procurement, equipment delivery, and manpower allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Supervise construction and installation of marine vessels and equipment to maintain structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
• Diagnose technical issues promptly and develop actionable rectification plans to minimize downtime and maintain operational standards.
• Enforce safety, health, and welfare protocols consistently throughout project execution to protect personnel and assets.
