Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced drafting engineer in Singapore to develop and refine drawings for new built projects and retrofit orders. You will create outlines and detailed drawings, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of 2D/3D drafting, and familiarity with marine industrial equipment. ISO standards knowledge is an added advantage, and the position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC 2/3 or ITE qualification with AutoCAD knowledge.
• Experience in marine industrial equipment preferred.
• ISO 9001/45001 knowledge an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft outline and detailed drawings to the required scale as required by authorities or customer.
• Prepare preliminary drawings according to sales quotation requirements.
• Draft single line, termination, and arrangement drawings according to scope of supply (JOP).
• Prepare vendor documentation for submission to customer and class society for reviews.
• Monitor progress of engineering activities to ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by section manager and supervisor.
