Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a supervisor to lead manufacturing training activities, oversee trainers and staff, and ensure training quality and audit-ready records. The role supports Master Product Schedule alignment and New Product Introductions, driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related field experience is required.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing is required or
• 9 years of product assembly experience with training experience is acceptable.
• Experience with training methodologies and effectiveness measures is needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise trainers, employees, and training activities including management of training materials and inventory.
• Provide training metrics and progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule Screening, Work Trial, and training activities per MPS and NPI needs.
• Conduct performance feedback and reviews for Trainers and Trainees; resolve issues.
• Prepare training records to ensure audit compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions.
