Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a technical manufacturing support specialist to assist Operations and Engineering with asset management, equipment maintenance, and process improvement.

The role leads complex feasibility studies, coordinates CAPA investigations, and manages projects using MS Project to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; documentation and validation activities are required in a medical device setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent with related manufacturing experience.
• Alternative: associate degree with related experience.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in asset management, equipment maintenance and manufacturing support.
• Design and execute complex feasibility studies, experiments, and tests.
• Manage projects with MS Project and Gantt charts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering on CAPA root-cause investigations.
• Lead development of new tools and equipment for multi-area deployment.
• Train users and develop procedures and work instructions.
