Job summary

PERSOL is hiring for a hands-on Electrical/Electro-mechanical Assembler in Upper Changi. You will assemble, test and repair assemblies, read schematics, and follow wiring diagrams with precision.

This 1-year contract offers multiple shifts, a monthly salary up to SGD 3,600 plus completion bonus and shift allowance, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec or Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Able to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience in assembly or testing is advantageous.
• Willing to work in shifts and PPE environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies and components.
• Read and work with schematics, circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and work instructions.
• Perform testing using electronic measurement equipment, test fixtures, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues and correct assembly or testing errors.
• Inspect incoming parts and ensure all required components are available for production.
• Record production, testing and work-related information using computer systems.
• Support process improvements and assist with troubleshooting during testing.
• Follow all workplace safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.

Work location: Upper Changi

Working Hours: multiple shifts available

Option A: 5 days' work/week, 8.5 hours/daily

Option B: 12 Hours shift, (4 days' work, 3 days off, 3 days' work, 4 days off).

Salary: up to $3600/month (basic) + completion bonus + shift allowance

Duration: 1 year contract - extendable/convertible to perm based on performance & business needs

• Comfortable performing hands-on assembly, testing and troubleshooting work.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Comfortable working in a confined spaces, high/low spaces and full PPE environment
