Job summary

CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support daily production, equipment maintenance and process operations in a cleanroom environment in Singapore.

You will operate production equipment, perform conversions per approved parameters and assist with root cause analysis of issues. The role also involves precision measurements, basic chemical analysis, preventive maintenance and training of operators.

Qualifications

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor, PCB or substrate manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic Microsoft Office; MES or ERP knowledge advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing the required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support daily production runs.
• Perform product and process conversions according to approved parameters.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct basic root cause analysis.
• Perform precision measurements and manual chemical analysis.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Monitor raw materials, chemicals and machine consumables.
• Train operators according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Work with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
