MERIT MEDICAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing engineer to provide technical support to production, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. You will help maintain and troubleshoot equipment to keep operations running smoothly on the production floor.

The role involves supporting assembly processes, identifying improvements, participating in Lean initiatives, and coordinating with affiliated plants, suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies as needed.

Competenze

NTC / ITC / Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing.
Minimum of 3 years similar manufacturing / engineering work experiences, with at least 1 year in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
Process knowledge in manufacturing assembly and equipment maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment failures and technical issues.
Automation experience with programming knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

Provide technical support to production to meet the plant's manufacturing plan and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Assist in machine and equipment improvements and upgrades.
Support production in continuous improvement of assembly processes, equipment efficiency, capacity, yield, quality, and safety.
Participate in Lean initiatives and relevant continuous improvement meetings.
Coordinate with affiliated plants, suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies as needed.
