Job summary

RTX’s Singapore site is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate a team of technicians, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. You’ll oversee daily output, schedule planning, and ongoing improvements in a fast-paced precision environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site execution, and adherence to CORE/EH&S initiatives, with bi-monthly rotating shifts and hands-on coaching of staff to raise efficiency and capability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory/leadership role in a precision engineering environment; and must be able to work bi-monthly rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of Manufacturing Technicians to meet production specs, schedules and quality targets.
• Lead and supervise technicians in cell to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
• Plan, direct, supervise and evaluate workflow; coach staff and drive process improvements.
