5 to 10 years’ experience in large scale project and program management in Technology Strategy Implementation (eg. ERP, Analytics, Supply Chain Technology, manufacturing, NPI transition, AI/ML). Candidate with additional Functional experience in Operations and Supply chain would be viewed favorably.
Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.
Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
