Job summary

Applied Materials Singapore seeks a seasoned technology leader to drive solution delivery for logistics, manufacturing automation, and inventory visibility. You will manage global programs, partner with APAC leadership, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture across multiple regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • 9+ years of experience in enterprise IT, logistics technology, or manufacturing automation systems.
  • Proven experience leading complex technology programs.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated success leading matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong program management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders, including APAC regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across Logistics, Manufacturing, Factory Automation, and Inventory Management.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary technology partner for assigned business functions.
  • Facilitate alignment between business priorities, technology roadmaps, and project investments.
  • Build executive-level relationships and effectively communicate business value, program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and influence decision-making in a matrixed organization.
  • Partner with global and regional leadership teams, including APAC stakeholders, to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions supporting logistics operations, warehouse processes, manufacturing automation, inventory visibility, and material flow optimization.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, integration, and vendor management activities.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business objectives.
  • Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning multiple business units, IT organizations, vendors, and regions.
  • Drive accountability and execution across matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
