Job summary

C & W Electronics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support design and manufacturing of electro-mechanical products. You will review schematics, assist with harness and box builds, and help ensure DFMs and ECOs are implemented.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience, ability to read engineering drawings, and strong cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in electrical engineering with harness/box build experience.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Assist with harness, cable, and box build selection.
• Support DFMs and ECO/ECN processing.
• Create and maintain assembly instructions and drawings.
• Support root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and status updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and procurement.
• Assist with PFMEA, risk assessments, and process validation.
