Job summary

The ideal candidate will coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to enhance efficiency, scale-up new processes, and uphold GMP/ISO standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Execute production schedules with planning and operations to meet demand.
• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows for productivity, efficiency and cost reductions; apply 5S.
