Thales Group in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer (Manufacturing Technology) to support high-volume manufacturing, drive process stability and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma, perform DOE and PFMEA, analyse data to improve yield and OEE, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This on-site role offers impact across multiple manufacturing sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of DOE, SPC, PFMEA and process capability analysis.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and CI methodologies.
• Proactive in identifying process risks and improvements.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to production to maintain stable and efficient processes.
• Investigate deviations, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPI like yield, scrap rate, cycle time and OEE.
• Lead DOE studies to optimize process parameters.
• Develop PFMEA, Control Plans and SPC for process control.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
