Job summary

Sanofi Aventis Singapore Pte. Ltd is seeking an Engineer, Manufacturing to act as the technical owner for Central Manufacturing Services (CMS).

You will lead CMS process integrity, drive continuous improvement, and ensure GMP-compliant operations across media, autoclave, column packing, and automated logistics. You will work with MSAT, Quality, and Automation to identify opportunities, implement change controls, and deliver performance improvements, reporting to the Senior Manager,

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of CMS processes and related equipment.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change controls.
• Experience with data analysis and process trending to support performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integrity and performance of CMS processes and equipment systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes (cost savings, time savings).
• Manage change controls for process improvements, equipment mods, or system upgrades.
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPA activities to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure GMP compliance and robust documentation across CMS activities.
• Support NPI/startup activities and readiness reviews for CMS processes.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Quality, and Automation to optimize processes and data analytics.
