Job summary

You will plan production schedules, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure safe, compliant operations. Responsibilities include monitoring quality, productivity, and delivery timelines, plus collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or structural metal products.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management and manufacturing processes.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to manage manpower and production schedules effectively.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower, materials and workflow to meet operational targets.
• Supervise production staff and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and according to company procedures.
• Monitor production quality, productivity and delivery timelines, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Coordinate with suppliers, project teams and other departments on production and material requirements.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools and production equipment.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other operational and management duties as assigned.
