QIHANG MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead manufacturing operations and support business growth. You will oversee daily production, implement planning strategies, manage procurement, and optimize costs to meet customer delivery requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, supplier management, and the ability to drive continuous process improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations or production management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, procurement and inventory management.
• Experience in supplier management and production planning.
• Proven ability to implement operational improvements and process optimisation.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production activities.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage procurement planning and supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient material availability for production.
• Establish and implement operational policies and SOPs.
• Lead quality control initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.
• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements to management.
• Support strategic planning and operational growth initiatives.
