Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) in Singapore is looking for a candidate to develop fab operation reports and manage the Oracle database. Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop fab operation reports/systems using Power BI, VBA, and Excel Delphi-7.
• Maintain the fab operation website using C# MVC; web development experience is required.
• Manage the ORACLE database with PL/SQL; Oracle Database experience is required.
• Implement new systems and reports with headquarters; and liase with Taiwan counterpart
• Provide quick support for fab operation report systems.
• Continuously improve fab reports and systems.
• Collaborate with IT/CIM for data access and system optimization.
• Lead productivity and enhancement projects across departments.
• Must be willing to learn and use new technologies to enhance self-development capabilities.
• Proficient in using LLM tools to enhance work efficiency.

Role requirement

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Computer Science discipline
• 2 - 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background preferred
• Experience in Power BI, Excel VBA, Delphi-1, Oracle Database Procedure, Oracle SQL, and C# MVC development is required.
• Must have good communication skills
• Proficiency in using LLM models is a plus.
• Experience in leading cross-departmental projects is a plus.
• Good understanding of Continuous Improvement (5S, 8D, Poka Yoke, etc.) principles with strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
