Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated engineer to lead qualifying and validating manufacturing processes at our Changi site. You will drive process improvements, analyze SPC data, and support automation and inspection systems to enhance quality and efficiency.
This contract role offers exposure to regulated manufacturing environments and documentation duties. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with hands-on experience in process validation, SPC, and quality
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing process validation, qualification or verification
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysis
- Experience in manufacturing process improvement and troubleshooting
- Familiar with manufacturing quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing process qualification and validation activities
- Improve production processes, quality and efficiency
- Analyse manufacturing data using SPC and statistical methods
- Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions
- Support automation, inspection systems and manufacturing improvements
- Prepare engineering documentation, validation protocols and reports
